Because we are a very customer-driven company our custom specialty products now make up a large part of our sales volume. We custom manufacture a variety of items for Foodservice, Institutional and Retail Grocery customers to meet their specific needs either by working with their Chefs and recipes, or developing unique items with our own team.

From beginning to end
Not only do we make our recipes from scratch, we can help with aggressive merchandising support and point-of-sale. We also have packaging capabilities that suit your needs - individually wrapped for retail or Foodservice, perfect for your counter top or by your cash register, which are specially packed to prevent breakage.
Quality
We make our cheesecakes individually by hand, not on a factory line in mass production. Chicago Flats is a gourmet flatbread made from the finest ingredients: all natural, no cholesterol, low fat, no preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, and no trans fats.
Safety First
Our manufacturing facility has maintained the highest standards in sanitation and operating procedures. One of the few USDA federally inspected bakeries in the US, we are regularly inspected by several agencies and organizations, including the US Army, national restaurant chains, and international retailers.
